Midday Prayer

Invocation (Traditional)
“Almighty God, to you all hearts are open, all desires known, and from you no secrets are hid; cleanse the thoughts of our hearts by the inspiration of your holy Spirit, that we may perfectly love you and worthily magnify your holy name(s)…Amen.”

A Psalm
“Give praise…praise the names of our God.
From the rising of the sun to its going down let God be praised.
Divine glory is omnipresent.” (A pericope from Psalm 113, paraphrased)

Doxology
To God, immortal, invisible, and all wise, be honor and glory, now and forever. Amen. (1 Timothy 1.17)
